The masa should be stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Spread the mask on a flat surface and proceed to make the desired preparation. Masa can be used in different ways: to prepare homemade tortillas, totopos, empanadas, enchiladas and other typical dishes of the Mexican gastronomic tradition.
