Il sapore del mais si lega benissimo a quello della zucca speziata. Lo sciroppo di zucca e arancia \u00e8 una aggiunta indispensabile che d\u00e0 freschezza ed ulteriore golosit\u00e0 al piatto. Mettiamo la zucca, lo zucchero e le spezie in una pentola e cuociamo a fuoco medio. Mettiamo il burro a temperatura ambiente, tagliato a pezzetti, in una ciotola e cominciamo a lavorarlo con lo sbattitore (o planetaria) fino a quando non diventa spumoso e morbido. A quel punto, aggiungiamo lo zucchero, sbriciolandolo con le dita piano piano per evitare la formazione di grumi. Aggiungiamo quindi 4 cucchiaiate al composto del Tamal, continuando a lavorare il composto. Facciamo un bel cerchio con il composto del Tamal, mettendolo al centro della carta forno. Poi, allacciamo con lo spago, giriamo e, con lo stesso spago, facciamo delle croci simulando gli spicchi della zucca. Mettiamo un cestello per cuocere a vapore rovesciato nel fondo della pentola e aggiungiamo l\u2019acqua fino a coprire il cestello. Poi, mettiamo un altro cestello dove posizioneremo le nostre piccole zucche. Mettiamo in una pentola a cuocere la zucca tagliata a pezzettini, lo zucchero semolato, un bastoncino di cannella e il succo di un\u2019arancia. un po\u2019 di composto.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Consigliamo di bagnare la carta forno o la carta per friggitrice ad aria prima di usarla per riuscire a
