The tlayudas should be stored in the refrigerator and cooked at the time of use following the instructions below.
Heat the tlayudas – on both sides – in a pan, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil (video tutorial). Once cooked, tlayudas can be served as an accompaniment to meals or stuffed with meat, beans, cheese, or other treats, turning into a tasty and nutritious snack that is ideal for meals and appetizers.
