The mini corn tortillas should be stored in the refrigerator and cooked at the time of use following the instructions below.
Heat the mini corn tortillas – on both sides – in a pan, with a dash of extra virgin olive oil or sunflower seed (video tutorial). Once cooked, the mini corn tortillas can be used as a simple accompaniment during meals or can be stuffed with meat, vegetables, cheese or fish to become a delicious savory snack, ideal for meals and aperitifs.
